This Electrical Industry Playbook will accelerate new employees’ knowledge of our industry while also providing existing employees with a complete picture of the market so they can better understand your business’ impact on the value chain. This module will propel both your on-boarding and professional development programs.

This module has been developed for employees across North America in any field of the electrical industry that requires an understanding of the electrical market, the interrelationships among channel partners, and the bidding/buying/selling process, such as employees involved in inside/outside sales, counter sales, marketing, quotations, purchasing, project management, or customer service, to name a few. This module would make an excellent introduction to the industry for new employees as part of an orientation program.
