The course is taught by a Certified Leadership coach with over 30 years experience in teaching and leadership.

This course teaches leaders to guide diverse stakeholders to come together to create something new and better than what came before.

Module 3: The 4 Steps and C’s – An easy to use model to facilitate alignment

Module 4: Preparing for Alignment and Issuing the Invitation

Module 5: Running Alignment Meetings

Module 6: Alignment Across Your Organization. How to align different groups in your company

Module 7: Troubleshooting Alignment Challenges

Module 8: Conclusion and Final Quiz

This course consists of video lessons (35-45 minutes each) for each module as well as learning resources. The course will take approximately 3.5-4 hours to complete.

A mark of 80% must be achieved in order to receive a certificate of completion. Participants are able to repeat the course twice if the pass mark is not achieved.

Upon successful completion of this online course, a certificate of completion will be available to download and print.
