The effects of the Coronavirus Disease 2019 (COVID-19) were unprecedented and continue to be far-reaching. This course is designed to provide you with the training you need to help you stay healthy and safe.

By the end of this course, you should be familiar with how COVID-19 spreads, its common symptoms, and the populations most vulnerable to the disease. You’ll also be able to list and describe some basic ways you can prevent yourself from becoming sick and how you can prevent spreading sickness and disease to others.

This online COVID-19 Safety course covers the following topics:

• Vaccinations
• Physical distancing
• Self-isolation
• Proper hand washing techniques
• Wiping down high-traffic surfaces

Approximately 40 minutes

Knowledge testing is conducted throughout the course. Test questions are designed to reinforce the information presented and must be completed by each participant. A mark of 80% must be achieved in order to receive a certificate of completion. Each participant is allowed to repeat the course twice if the course pass mark wasn’t achieved on the first attempt.

Participants who successfully pass the course will be able to print out a certificate of completion through the learning management system.
