This course presents fundamental information for employees on their employer’s responsibilities to protect them from electrocution hazards on their job sites. Upon completing the course, employees should: Understand the OSHA regulations that address the different types of electrical hazards and the potential for electrocution that can be encountered on construction sites, recognize the responsibilities that construction employers have to protect their workers from electrical hazards and electrocution, understand how common electrical injuries are on construction sites and how to protect against them.
