In this course, we will break down the ergonomics of your workplace and steer learners towards building a more ergonomic workplace. Employers will better understand how to set up their workstations to improve their quality of life, and employers will learn how to optimize their workplace to improve productivity and decrease workplace injuries.

This course will be presented in three chapters:

• Chapter 1: Ergonomics Basics
• Chapter 2: Ergonomic Injuries
• Chapter 3: Preventing Injuries
