This on demand course is designed to provide the Health and Safety Committee (HSC) members and Health and Safety Representatives (HSR) an understanding of their legislated duties and responsibilities. The course introduces concepts related to HSC/HSR duties, worker rights, and work site party obligations. This course satisfies the required training as outlined in the OHS legislation effective December 1st 2021. This course mirrors the ACSA’s ½ day virtual instructor led training course.

Testing conducted throughout this online course is designed to reinforce the information presented. A mark of 80% must be achieved in order to pass this course. The course is able to be taken three times in efforts to achieve the pass mark. Printable resources are available in the form of a comprehensive student manual. The manual is a valuable resource for future use and knowledge retention.
