This online Train the Trainer Certification course is designed to provide trainers with the knowledge and skills in adult learning principles. Throughout the course, you will gain tools to ensure that, no matter what course you teach, learners will be able to competently apply and use the training you provide.

Note: this course assumes you have functional proficiency in the subject matter you’ll be teaching. The goal of this course is to provide you with the skills to convey that proficiency so that learners can be proficient as well.

This content developer is recognized by the International Competency Assessment Board (I-CAB) for its expertise in this subject matter and is listed as a competency development resource for I-CAB assessment participants.

Approximately 60 minutes

This course contains a final exam. Final exam questions are designed to reinforce the information presented and must be completed by each participant. A mark of 80% must be achieved in order to receive a certificate of completion. Each participant is allowed to repeat the course TWICE if the course pass mark has not been achieved on the first attempt.

Participants who successfully pass the course will be able to print out a certificate of completion through the learning management system.
