By orientating new and existing employees on an annual basis, you can provide evidence to show that they were aware of their: rights, roles, and responsibilities in the event of a workplace accident.

In addition, by informing them of the WCB process, you create a culture that encourages participation which allows you to manage work-related injuries with early and safe return to work. This reduces the impact a claim has on the worker and the company.
