Your health and safety management system will include the required policies, procedures and forms to ensure your compliance with regional regulations and industry standards, and keep your team working safely. All documents will be available electronically for you to update as your business needs change.

New Hire Orientations & Worker Training

New employees require a company and role specific orientation and many roles require ongoing competency based training. We can develop and deliver orientations and training programs that are tailored to the unique hazards and tasks of any role. We can adapt the materials from our training library to meet your needs, or work with you to develop something entirely custom. Training can be delivered online, as a training manual, in a classroom environment, or on-site.

Initial Onboarding & Ongoing Support

Once your health and safety management system has been developed, we will help with onboarding to ensure that your team is comfortable working with and implementing your new system. We provide initial training, as well as ongoing support and guidance on an as needed basis for projects such as COR Compliance, ISNetworld submissions, and Policy Development. We can also provide on-site services such as fire-watch, site inspections, claims management, and compliance reporting.
